Mina currently serves as a Lifestyle and Entertainment Reporter with bylines in The Philadelphia Tribune and The New York Times. She covers arts, culture, music, lifestyle, trends, style and entertainment both digitally and in print.
Since 2014, Mina has been a trusted On-Camera Contributor, bringing her sharp commentary and insight to audiences nationwide. Most recently, she’s been featured on the Law & Crime Network, where she provided expert analysis and commentary on high-profile celebrity trials like Diddy and Young Thug.
Previously, Mina delivered entertainment and lifestyle reports for WTXF-TV Fox 29 Philadelphia’s pre-morning show from 2017 to 2018 and contributed digitally to WPVI-TV 6ABC Philadelphia. Under her well-known on-air moniker, Mina SayWhat, she currently hosts evenings nationwide on SiriusXM’s The Heat (6 p.m.–12 a.m. ET, Monday through Friday) and continues to amplify authentic voices and stories through her music podcast, Mina’s House Podcast, available on all major platforms.
Mina is a proud graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, where she earned dual degrees in Television, Radio & Film and Political Science, with a minor in Music Business. In recognition of her career achievements, she was inducted into Syracuse University’s WJPZ Hall of Fame in 2024.
